Our warehouse staff is highly trained to package your goods exactly according to the specifications that we supply. Note: Orders that contain more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing time dependent on the particular product.

Prior to shipment, we will inspect thoroughly the items you have ordered. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3-7 days.

Returns

Stock is dynamic, and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory may fluctuate at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.

The item must not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
