Note that orders containing more than one item will be processed according to the item.

Prior to shipping before shipping, we'll inspect thoroughly the items you've purchased. Most orders are shipped within 48-hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 working days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. Be aware that it's possible that your order could run out of stock even after you have placed the order.

The period of time is 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
